Since the early days of the Vietnamese community in Westminster, Cơm Tấm Thanh has been a beloved gathering place for simple, comforting, traditional meals. For more than four decades, we’ve celebrated Saigon-style broken rice with recipes passed down through our family. Every plate is built on the flavors people return to again and again: perfectly steamed broken rice, smoky grilled meats, and nước mắm pha made fresh each morning.
